Calling All Personal Growth Junkies
Are you a personal growth junkie?
Let me guess... you have an Audible subscription to download that new Gabrielle Bernstein and Jack Kornfield.β
Your podcast list consists of shows like Tony Robbins, Iyanla Vansant, On Being with Krista Tippet, The School of Greatness, and Super Soul Sunday with Oprah and guests.β
Your Kindle is filled with authors like Eckhart Tolle, Brene Brown, Matt Kahn, and Deepak Chopra whose books you're going to read at some point when you finally have time...β
Oh look, there's that new Pema Chodron book! *purchases book and downloads to library*π€¦πΎββοΈβ
You say things like, "Follow your Bliss", "Trust your guides" and "Everything is figureoutable" (Thanks Maria Forleo). β
You have a Pintrest board of wellness/yoga retreat destinations saved. #BaliHereIComeβ
You talk about that new cleanse by the Medical Medium, the yoga practice you need to incorporate, or meditation center you're looking for because you need to find the perfect spiritual community so you can start meditating.
You've signed up for your 11th workshop (because "11"! Hello synchronicity!) in the last 6 months. It's a new course that sounds something like "Becoming a Quantum Starseed: How to Discover the Pathway to the Infinite".
Alright, so I'm poking some fun here! I understand this pattern because I am also guilty! I love this stuff and I know they are wonderful, inspiring works! Even so, I'm learning how to trust my own intuition and seek answers inside, πππππ.β Learning to seek the inspiration from within.β
All kidding aside, there comes a point when you have to start realizing that YOU hold the answers. YOU already have access to the information, knowledge, and wisdom inside of you. Start there first and see what inspired treasure you may discover. β
